This is going to be a Q&A post because we have a lot of new members and I want to try and put everything you need to know in one post, well hopefully I won't miss anything 

💥Do you offer screen printing,UV DTF and DTF?
Yes we offer all 3

💥How do I know what's offered in what type of transfer?
Look at the header(title) it will have the type at the end 

💥How do you press your transfers?
Screen Prints 325-350 or high heat soft feel 375-385 7-10 secs lots of hard even pressure~ I use an oven mit or folded teflon sheet and put between my hand and the top of the press to press over the top of every portion of the heat press to distribute even heat over all of the transfer.
DTF- 285-315 7-10 secs cool peel
Every press is different! Find your sweet spot :)
💥Do you offer customs?
Yes we offer customs. You can email for more details and discuss your needs.
💥How much are your transfers?

💥How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight...
If you would like to upgrade you may do so at checkout
Ground Advantage USPS is 2-5 days
Priority USPS  is 1-3 days
UPS Ground 1-3 days
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day
These are the "expected tat for the shipping speed but USPS or UPS is responsible for delivering your package once it leaves ABI.
Once I make a shipping label the website should email you with tracking. Please verify that your email and address are correct bc I have no control over where the email gets sent to or what address I mail the transfers to

💥What is TAT?
RUSH when added to an order before 10AM CST is same to next business day 
DTF transfers 2-4 business days 
UV DTF transgers 2-4 business days 
Custom screen prints 5-7 business days 
Custom artwork services 2-5 business days

💥If I have a file and want it made into a transfer can you print it?
Sure can.

💥What if the website it down how do I order?
Please message me -ABI Designs 

💥Do you offer refunds or cancellations? 
It is a case by case basis but if you do receive a refund or cancellation you will get your refund minus any fees associated with the order. 

💥Do we offer local pick up? 
yes. 
Local pick up must be picked up with in 2 weeks(14 days) of being fulfilled or your order maybe trashed or restocked. If there are issues preventing you or someone you know from picking them up in a timely manner please message me to make arrangements. 

💥Do you have designated hours?
I try to stay in contact with everyone as much as possible but I do have a family and weekends tend to lean towards them and my house hold duties.
