Pressing Instructions

TRANSFER APPLICATION & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT — FOR ALL TRANSFER TYPES

ALWAYS PRE-PRESS YOUR SHIRT TO REMOVE MOISTURE BEFORE APPLYING ANY TRANSFER.

PUFF SCREENS

  1. DO NOT cover the screen with Teflon or any other cover material.

  2. Set your heat press to 350°F. You may need to use a heat gun to ensure your press temperature is accurate.

  3. Use HEAVY pressure:

    • Manual press: 8–9

    • Automatic press: 60 PSI

  4. Press for 7 seconds.

  5. Open the press and hot peel the transfer.

HIGH HEAT SCREEN PRINTS — FULL COLOR

  1. Set your heat press to 350–375°F. You may need to use a heat gun to ensure your press temperature is accurate.

  2. Use HEAVY pressure:

    • Manual press: 8–9

    • Automatic press: 60 PSI

  3. Press for 10 seconds.

  4. Open the press and hot peel the transfer.

HOW TO KNOW IT IS APPLIED PROPERLY

You should be able to see the shirt fabric lines through the transfer. This indicates that the transfer has been pressed properly.

SINGLE-COLOR SCREEN PRINTS

These do not say “High Heat” or “Soft” in the title.

  1. Set your heat press to 350°F. You may need to use a heat gun to ensure your press temperature is accurate.

  2. Use HEAVY pressure:

    • Manual press: 8–9

    • Automatic press: 60 PSI

  3. Press for 10 seconds.

  4. Open the press and hot peel the transfer.

HOW TO KNOW IT IS APPLIED PROPERLY

You should be able to see the shirt fabric lines through the transfer. This indicates that the transfer has been pressed properly.

DTF TRANSFERS

  1. Set your heat press to 300–315°F. You may need to use a heat gun to ensure your press temperature is accurate.

  2. Use HEAVY pressure:

    • Manual press: 8–9

    • Automatic press: 60 PSI

  3. Press the DTF transfer for 10 seconds.

  4. Open the press and peel quickly while hot.

    • If you are not comfortable hot peeling, the transfer may also be cold peeled.

  5. Once the film has been removed, cover the transfer with parchment paper or Teflon and repress for another 10 seconds.

HOW TO KNOW IT IS APPLIED PROPERLY

You should be able to see the shirt fabric lines through the transfer. This indicates that the transfer has been pressed properly.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To help protect your transfer:

  1. Turn the garment inside out.

  2. Machine wash cold.

    • DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER.

  3. Tumble dry low.

    • PUFF SCREENS: HANG DRY — DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER.

IMPORTANT NOTE

These instructions are provided by the manufacturer and have worked for me personally!

For the best results, please follow the application and washing instructions carefully.


UV DTF- 

USE A SQUEEGEE or CARD WHEN APPLYING UV DTF.

1.BEFORE YOU PEEL APART RUB OR SQUEEGEE THE DESIGN TO ENSURE THE DESIGN GRABS TO THE CLEAR FILM.

2.PULL THE CLEAR TRANSFER AWAY FROM THE WHITE BACKING ENSURING THAT THE DESIGN HAS STUCK TO THE CLEAR FILM

3.SLOWLY APPLY THE DESIGN TO YOUR SUBSTRATE. USE A SQUEEGEE,YOUR HAND,OR A CARD TO RUB AGAINST THE DESIGN.

4.SLOWLY PEEL THE CLEAR FILM OFF OF THE DESIGN.

DO NOT PLACE YOUR CUPS IN THE DISHWASHER.

ITEMS SHOULD BE HAND WASHED AND NOT SOAKED IN THE SINK.
