An industrial heat press MUST be used with these transfers

Local pick up must be picked up with 2 weeks(14 days) of being fulfilled or your order maybe trashed or restocked. If there are issues preventing you or someone you know from picking them up in a timely manner please message me to make arrangements.

ABI Designs LLC – Return & Claim Policy

Thank you for choosing ABI Designs for your apparel needs! Because of the nature of our production process and fast turnaround times, quality control issues may occasionally occur.

■ To File a Claim for Refund or Reprint:

  • Email us at abidesigns1105@att.net within 48 hours of receiving your package.
    - Include details of the issue along with     clear photographs or videos when applicable.
    - If experiencing application issues, please provide details about your     heat press type and settings used.
  • If you need to cancel your order there will be a 15% fee that will be deducted from the refund of the order to cover fees.  

We will review each claim in the order received and respond as quickly as possible. Some claims can be resolved with troubleshooting tips for transfer application. If a transfer is found to be defective, we may issue a return, reprint, or refund. You will be notified by email or phone with instructions on how to proceed.

- We DO NOT cover garment costs.Please inspect the transfer and contact us immediately with any issues.

- Please follow press and care instructions before applying transfers to multiple garments.

■ Intellectual Property Notice:

ABI Designs LLC accepts no liability for unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of intellectual property. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal rights to use any designs submitted. ABI Designs LLC relies solely on your representations and does not verify ownership of submitted artwork.

 ■ Turn Around Time:

We pride ourselves on quick and efficient production! Please review our current turnaround times:

■ DTF & UV DTF Transfers: 2–4 business days
■ Screen Prints: 5–7 business days
■ Artwork/Design Services: 2–5 business days

■ Turnaround times begin after payment and finalized artwork approval (if applicable).

■ Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
